This session will bring together stakeholders from across policy and research to share current work and develop a shared understanding of the genomics in population screening landscape in Australia. This session will be chaired by Tiffany Boughtwood, the Australian Health Genomics Commissioner.

The session will:

• Set the scene for genomics in population screening in Australia, including international insights and Genomics Australia’s role
• Showcase current Australian research and pilot programs
• Share insights from the National Lung Cancer Screening Program journey to implementation
• Provide an update on the Population Based Screening Framework

This session is designed as an open, information-sharing forum, with opportunity for clarification questions.
