In this webinar, we will provide a summary of 2023 HGSA census findings related to genetic counselling workforce diversity, inclusion, and capacity. We will explore the following questions:

• How representative of the general community is the Australasian GC profession?
• How do GCs experience inclusivity within the profession?
• What are some GC experiences of providing inclusive care for clients?
• Does our workforce have the capacity to meet clinical demand?

We will also talk about specific approaches that could be used to address these considerations.
