EOI: Clinical Genetics Special Issue - JPCH

Expression of Interest:

Prof Edwin Kirk and I, as editors of The Journal of Paediatric and Child Health (JPCH), are considering a Clinical Genetics special issue.

We are seeing interest from the HGSA community.

Articles for consideration include:

1.      educational articles on genetic testing and consent (e.g. CMA, NGS) and

2.      review articles on syndromes frequently managed by Paediatricians (e.g. NF1, Turner syndrome, Noonan syndrome, 22q11.2).

We invite EOI from those in paediatric general, paediatric cancer and inborn errors of metabolism.

We invite articles from trainees and genetic counsellors.

Submit EOI in the form of a proposed title and abstract (250 word) to Suzanna via suzanna.lindseytemple@health.nsw.gov.au

Deadline 30th September 2024.

Once the EOI are collated the issue as a whole will be considered by the JPCH editorial board. If the special issue is confirmed, authors will be informed to submit their manuscripts for peer review.
