QUT offers the only HGSA-accredited postgraduate degree in diagnostic genomics.

If you are a laboratory scientist thinking about obtaining your MHGSA professional qualification, this degree is for you! While most of our graduates go on to complete their MHGSA, we have students from non-laboratory backgrounds who have used the degree to get employment in genomic policy development, education, genomic stewardship and academia. The degrees also provide a pathway into PhD studies. 

If you’re not sure you want to study a full Masters, why not dip your toe in the water by trying our Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma first?

Our degrees are fully online, allowing for asynchronous studies that can fit into your busy life.
