NeoScreen Psychosocial Study Recruitment

Part of this project is exploring healthcare professionals’ perspectives involved in newborn screening on potential changes to Australian newborn screening programs (including the use of genomic testing), optimal ways to support parents/families of children who receive a diagnosis following newborn screening, and priorities for future research. This study is ethics approved (UNSW HREC iRECS10128) and involves a telephone interview with a member of our research team. We are keen to recruit healthcare professionals including genetic counsellors, clinical geneticists and laboratory scientists.
